In my new book “The Power of 5: The Ultimate Formula for Longevity & Remaining Youthful,” I talk about the importance of sweat and physical activity as part of my formula to remain youthful and AGE GRACEFULLY®.

In the sweat chapter, I focus on the many factors that have changed the way we live. We explore the advances in human history just within the last 50 years and their impact on our society.

Throughout the book, I share stories of some of the more memorable patients* I’ve worked with during my career. One such story is that of two brothers, Stanley and Ron. While genetically similar, in adulthood one became obese and diabetic and the other is still working out daily, well into his 80s.
